The Camfil Farr Mega-Flo filter offer a high-efficiency air filtration in a lower pressure drop design. It is ideal for HVAC applications, medical facilities, food processing, pharmaceutical and semiconductor manufacturing and other locations where clean air and energy savings are critical to system operation.

Key Factors:

  • Available efficiencies - H13-H14 in accordance with EN1822.
  • Assembled using a unique polyurethane potting process that completely encapsulates the filter pack within the enclosing frame.
  • Includes uniformly spaced pleats separated by thermoplastic resin separators to ensure pleat stabilisation and uniform airflow throughout the filter pack at 250 pleat height.
  • the filter can be delivered with wooden frame or galvanised frame.
  • one-piece seamless urethane gasket to ensure a leak-free filter-to-holding mechanism seal. (A neoprene gasket is also available).
  • Efficiency tested to assure adherence to published values.
  • Use up to 3400 m³/h.
  • Each unit includes a label noting tested efficiency, pressure drop at rated airflow, and a unique serial number for unit tracking and quality assurance.
